On the situation in the region

I think politicians always stress categories such as "compact", "Great Game", "popular", etc. For me, these categories are remnants of the Cold War or signs a new age. Unfortunately, this last idea can not be denied. Many negative in recent years have emerged in international politics are connected with the intention of hegemony. And these are politically motivated to consider. But it is also important to understand that aggravate the situation, prompting clashes further and leading to deadlock. The extreme example of this deadlock is the situation for NATO in Afghanistan and collapse of the strategy called "anti-Western Islamic terrorists in the world.

Furthermore, these ideas just do not match the current reality. The world is not unipolar more. With the exception of the United States, there is the European Union, Russia continues to play an important role in China, India, Japan are developing quickly, the new giants of international finance are emerging. This requires a new quality of new ideas on international and regional issues.

In this sense, the dominant criteria of conduct should include international and regional approaches to balancing.

It is therefore want to emphasize cooperation and peaceful coexistence key categories.

Among other criteria for successful safe conditions for the strengthening of the Asian youth Central to develop their economic base, preventing conflicts between them and the resolution of environmental threats. The restoration of peace in Afghanistan

Let me compare the approaches of the international community in Tajikistan and Afghanistan. Naturally, the type of relationship is classic, but I see some fundamental distinctions. The solution to the civil war in Tajikistan is the sample of successful foreign forces to restore peace, the same time of NATO intervention in Afghanistan is just the opposite. This particular initiative could differ from those described below:

1. The supreme right of return of Afghanistan's problems to competition regulation the sovereign state of Afghanistan;
2. Recovery of the overall responsibility of the United Nations to ensure security, including conflict resolution in Afghanistan.;
3. Determination principles and mechanisms of internal stabilization;
4. Determining the political future of Afghanistan;
5. Strengthening the Afghan economy;
6. The determination of the issues relating to judicial treatment of war criminals;
7. The maintenance period transition and consolidation;
8. The creation of an international contact group with the expansion of the regional context to resolve Afghanistan problem. Ultimately, the following states must play an important role in the process of unification of State: Central Asian neighbors, Iran, Pakistan, Russia, China.

The founders of this initiative can participate permanent and non permanent members of the Security Council of Organizations regional and OSCE, SCO, the Organization of Islamic Conference and the United States.
