How I can sponsor and AIDS orphans in Africa?
I make sure to go through a charity is legitimate oprhan. I want to be able to choose the child they sponsor and be able to communicate with the child through the mail and hope to make enough to school. How I can be sure my money goes directly to the child? What is a good charity, I can make it through?
